Documentation needed to apply for a mortgage in Spain

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE:

Proof of income i.e. last P60/P7 (Tax Return)
Last three months salary pay slips - showing minimum net income monthly
Last three months bank statements
Letter from your employer stating position and income
Copy of your passport

IF YOU ARE SELF EMPLOYED:

Last three years audited accounts

Last 2 years tax returns

A letter from your accountant confirming annual drawings for the last 2 years and projected income for the coming year

Last three months bank statements

Copy of your passport
